Terms of Service

General

Please read the terms of offer for sale carefully before purchasing any product. Any purchase made by you shall signify your acceptance of the supply terms and your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

We may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of sales at any time.

The photos may include additional props that are for display purpose only, and will not be included.

All dimensions shown in print or electronic media are approximate. Due to upholstery variations, width can vary as much as 1/2" to 3/4". We assume no responsibility for overall width and height unless items are special ordered to fit an exact space.

If an order is to match existing products or previously provided furniture, we MUST be advised in writing in advance and a sample must be returned prepaid to us for matching purposes.

Cancellation Policy

We will not cater to cancelation of any order after payment received.

We reserve the right for cancellation at our discretion.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

In the event that a Product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

All prices quoted are NET, ex-showroom and do not include applicable sales tax or delivery/freight, installation of other ancillary charges.

Packaging, delivery & installation charges for locations outside Karachi shall be charged extra.

Quotes are good for 30 days from date of quotation or proposal.

Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required before delivery for display items.

For make-to-order items, 50% payment is required at time of order, with the balance due before delivery as agreed.

Bank Cards

We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit / debit card.

Delivery & Delivery Time

Delivery time for make-to-order furniture is within 60 working days after receiving full payment. In case payment is made by cheque, the delivery will be made 60 working days after the amount is transferred.

Delivery time for display items is up to 4 days after receipt of full payment.

All products in one order form will be delivered in one shipment.

Delivery dates are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned. The company will in no case, be liable for any compensation / damage / refund of advance etc. for any deliveries which are made beyond the delivery date and time.

Use

You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased. We shall not be liable for any such action.

Complaints Policy

While we take care in selection and manufacturing of our materials, the use of these is beyond our control. Our liability is delivery in good condition only.

Please notify The Inside Spaces of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service immediately upon delivery to You. If you are unable to do so we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

Upon receiving we verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine we will make arrangements for repairing or replacement.

If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

If the Product can be repaired by the service center, we will get the same repaired and send it back to you.

In order to repair / replace any product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  • Products should be unused. A Quality Assurance survey of delivered items would be conducted before pick-up.
  • We will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through our own logistics partner.
  • Goods should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

What is not covered in the warranty?

We do not commit any kind of warranty for discounted/discontinued and imported outdoor furniture products.

We do not allow customization/ modification in our furniture products including installation of locks, any customization/modification will void the product warranty.

Wood species, differences in grain and color are due to the natural character of wood (or leather) and are not within the control of us, nor considered defects.

The warranty does not cover any cost associated with shipping, handling, temporary rental of furniture, and the installation of repaired or replaced products, Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, transit damage, improper storage, accidental damage, wear and tear or improper care and cleaning.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Supply Terms or any Additional Terms applicable to the purchase of Products.

In no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to you, the Vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the products and services herein.

Notwithstanding anything to contrary, our entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

Governing Law

These Supply Terms and the relationship between You and us shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan without reference to conflict of laws principles.

All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to these Terms of Offer For Sale or any transactions entered into shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sindh High Court and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

Storage Policy

If Purchaser requests that an order be held beyond the original due date requested, we reserves the right to transfer product to storage in which case all expenses in connection with transfer to and from storage and monthly storage charges will be passed onto and paid by purchaser.

If a product must be returned for repair or replacement, a Return Authorization (RA) Form must be issued by us prior to the return of any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused by us.
